Photography Mini Session Farm Access
Reserve four hours of seasonal farm access to host mini sessions for your photography clients.
Service Description
Bring your mini sessions to the farm. Professional photographers may reserve a four-hour block at Wendland Family Farm to photograph multiple clients against the changing backdrop of our working family farm. Depending on the season, available settings may include flower fields, gardens, grasses, seasonal crops, pumpkins, and other designated areas of the farm. Your reservation includes farm access only. Photographers are responsible for their own client scheduling, photography services, communication, payments, equipment, and supervision of clients while on the property. Because this is a working farm, the landscape changes throughout the season. Specific flowers, varieties, colors, crops, or field conditions cannot be guaranteed. Your reservation does not include exclusive use of the entire farm unless specifically stated. Normal farm activities may continue during your reserved time. Customize Your Photography Experience Make your time at the farm fit your sessions. Add additional photography access if you need more time, or include seasonal farm-grown bouquets for clients to use during their session and take home afterward. Additional Photography Farm Access — $50/hour Add consecutive farm access to your reservation in one-hour increments. Seasonal Farm-Grown Client Bouquet — $30 each Add a seasonal bouquet of Wendland Family Farm-grown flowers for a client to use during their session and take home afterward. Bouquets are farmer’s choice based on what is blooming and available at the time of the session. Specific varieties and colors cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final and non-refundable. We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please contact Wendland Family Farm at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking. With adequate notice, your reservation may be moved to another available date or time. Rescheduling is subject to farm availability, seasonality, and the availability of the experience originally booked. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice, missed appointments, and no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or credit. Because Wendland Family Farm is a working farm, weather, field conditions, crop availability, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally require us to postpone an experience. If Wendland Family Farm needs to postpone your booking, your reservation will be rescheduled for another available date. Refunds will not be issued. Photography add-ons, including farm-grown bouquets, are non-refundable. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
