Make It Your Own

Your tomato and pepper selections let you customize the garden to the kind of salsa you love.

Choose slicing or paste tomatoes for traditional salsa, add cherry tomatoes for something sweeter, select bell or sweet peppers for mild flavor, or bring in jalapeños and other hot varieties for some heat.

Available varieties change according to what we're growing each season.

Growing at Home

Tomatoes, peppers, and basil love warm weather and plenty of sunshine. Plant them outdoors after the danger of frost has passed and temperatures have warmed.

Cilantro prefers cooler conditions and may have a shorter growing window as summer temperatures rise. Harvest it regularly while it's producing, and consider succession sowing cilantro from seed later if you'd like additional harvests.

Give your tomato plants support as they grow and provide consistent water throughout the season.
