Every Private Flower Bar reflects what's blooming at Wendland Family Farm around your event date.
Flowers may include focal blooms, supporting flowers, fillers, foliage, herbs, grasses, and other seasonal elements depending on what's ready to harvest.
 
You're welcome to share a general color palette, and we'll do our best to accommodate it when the field allows.
 
Specific flowers, varieties, exact colors, quantities, and individual stem counts cannot be guaranteed.
 
The season gets a say—and that's part of the beauty of farm-grown flowers.

Choose our DIY Flower Bar, starting at $125. You pick up the flowers and handle the setup, supplies, and flower-bar experience.
 
Want us to take care of the setup?
Choose a Private Flower Bar, starting at $250. We'll prepare the flowers and create the flower-bar display for you.
 
Off-Site Flower Bars
For flower bars held at your location, Wendland Family Farm will deliver and set up the flower bar before your event.
 
Once setup is complete, the flower bar becomes self-serve and managed by the host. Wendland Family Farm does not remain on-site to staff or tear down the flower bar.
 
Any borrowed Wendland Family Farm display vessels or other reusable items must be returned to the farm in good condition within 24–48 hours following your event.
 
Replacement charges may apply for missing or damaged borrowed items.
 
Advance Booking
Private Flower Bars require advance planning because we're growing and harvesting a larger quantity of flowers specifically for your event.
At least one week's notice is required.
 
For larger groups, weddings, showers, or other events tied to an important date, we strongly encourage booking as early as possible.
 
All Private Flower Bars are subject to seasonal flower availability, requested date, location, and our farm schedule.
