How to Keep It Fresh

Keep fresh sugar snap peas refrigerated until ready to use.

Store them dry and unwashed in a produce bag or covered container in the refrigerator.

Enjoy as soon as possible after harvest for the sweetest flavor and crispest texture. For longer preservation, sugar snap peas can also be blanched and frozen.
