How to Keep It Fresh
Because each sampler contains a changing selection of herbs, storage needs may vary.
 
Tender herbs generally keep well with their stems in a small amount of fresh water, while woody herbs can be loosely wrapped in a slightly damp paper towel and refrigerated.
