Sweet, crisp roots harvested straight from the market garden.
Fresh carrots, grown and harvested right here at Wendland Family Farm.
Crisp, naturally sweet, and full of fresh garden flavor, carrots are one of those vegetables that are just as good eaten straight from the garden as they are cooked into a favorite meal. Enjoy them fresh and crunchy, roast them with herbs, add them to soups and stews, or shred them into salads and slaws.
Our carrots are harvested in small batches throughout the growing season and gathered fresh for your kitchen.

How to Keep It Fresh
Keep fresh carrots refrigerated until ready to use.
If your carrots come with their tops attached, remove the greens before storing to help the roots keep longer. Store the carrots in a produce bag or covered container in the refrigerator and keep the greens separately if you'd like to use them.
For longer preservation, carrots can also be frozen, canned, or pickled using your preferred preservation method.
