Enjoy your harvest roasted, steamed, grilled, added to soups and casseroles, or simply served fresh.

Varieties may include:

White cauliflower • colorful cauliflower • specialty varieties

Specific varieties will be listed as options when available.

Growing at Home

Cauliflower is a cool-season vegetable that grows best during the milder temperatures of spring and fall.

Plant in a sunny location with fertile, well-drained soil and give plants enough room to develop.

Consistent watering is especially important for cauliflower. Keep soil evenly moist as plants grow and begin forming heads.

Harvest when the head is firm, compact, and has reached a usable size, ideally before the individual florets begin separating.

From Our Garden to Yours

Growing your own food doesn't have to start with a huge garden.

Sometimes it begins with one little plant, a sunny patch of soil, and the excitement of watching something you planted turn into food for your table.

We start our cauliflower from seed here on the farm and care for it through those earliest weeks before sending it home to grow with you.

Grown on our farm. Ready for your garden.
